The Founder
Stephern Allison is a healthcare executive, physician assistant, and community leader. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Integration & Chief Human Resources Officer. A transformational change agent, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and advocate; her experience entailed overseeing clinical and administrative operational functions, service line leadership, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and process improvement initiatives. She has seen success in areas of growth, organization development, financial stability, physician relations, and team building. Stephern held leadership roles in care continuum committees in various organizations inclusive of bundle payment, readmission prevention, population management, length of stay management, denials management, and resource allocation. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Operations and Care Management, respectively.
Stephern continues to make a difference in the lives of others. She is a mentor and coach who utilizes her knowledge and expertise to deliver a personalized service for each client and ensure they get the results they desire.
